Parker, FL is a city in Bay County, Florida, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 4,317. It is part of the Panama CityLynn HavenPanama City Beach Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Parker is located at 30°07′46″N 85°36′03″W.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 6.3 km² (2.4 mi²), of which 1.9 square miles (4.9 km2) is land and 0.5 square miles (1.3 km2) (20.16%) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 4,317 people, 1,861 households, and 1,179 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,272.1 inhabitants per square mile (863.4/km²).
